EL HOTEL

Toranomon 1-chōme 17 - Toranomon Hills Business Tower Minato City

4 min. walk from Temmabashi Station

🅿

This hotel doesn't have carpark, you can get here with public transport or use local public parking.

Spread out on the quieter side of central Osaka. Modern rooms in a size that's rare this close to Osaka Castle. Kabin Shiro rooms can fit 2 to 8 travelers, in a space that runs from 30–70m², so your whole group can stay together.

Every room is built for living. Each comes with a fully equipped kitchenette (stove, fridge, dining set, cookware, and tableware), so cooking is always easy and comfortable. And if you’re staying longer, the nearest coin laundry (Suzumu Coin Laundry) is just 8 minutes away.

Then there's where it sits. Osaka Castle Park, a must-see spot in cherry blossom season, is only a 5-minute walk away. And two subway stations nearby connect you to the rest of the city: Temmabashi Station is 4 minutes from the hotel, and Tanimachi 4-chome Station is only 3 minutes away.

And the cherry (blossom) on top: From Temmabashi Station, the Keihan Main Line can take you to Kyoto (arriving at Gion-Shijo Station) in under an hour. So if you’re still deciding between Kyoto and Osaka for your base, Kabin Shiro settles it.

Kabin is for the live-like-a-local type of traveler. Quick and convenient without all the added fluff. Kabins are split across multiple properties located close to each other to help each other and share our facilities, just like a community. We want travelers to go out, explore and do whatever travel is about. In other words: explore, in real life (Explore, IRL).

Temmabashi

Temmabashi is the quieter side of central Osaka: Calm enough to relax, close enough to reach everything. You're a few minutes' walk from Osaka Castle Park, and a short train ride from the rest of the city, with must-visit cities like Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe just under an hour away. By day, it's a business district by the Okawa river, busy with offices and city life. At night and on weekends, it slows down. But calm is not asleep: As the sun goes down, lanterns turn on outside the small izakaya, and the smell of grilled yakitori and yakiniku fills the streets. You’re sharing the evening with the local after-work crowd, so for a few days, you're part of the scene. And when you’re ready to wind down, you can sit by the Okawa river side and contemplate as it goes by. Mornings are full of coffee shops. Order one to-go and walk to Osaka Castle Park before the crowds arrive. See the spring cherry blossoms floating around the castle, or follow the Okawa riverbank. And when it’s time for Osaka’s iconic crowds and neon lights, the whole city is easy to reach. Temmabashi Station has the Tanimachi subway line, providing access to various locations around Osaka, and the Keihan line, a train heading straight to Kyoto. And a few minutes away, Tanimachi 4-chome Station will be your pick when going towards Umeda Sky Building in Umeda, Dotonbori in Namba, or taking easy day trips to Nara. Still deciding between Kyoto and Osaka for your stay? Temmabashi area, in Osaka, is a good base for you to explore both.
